At first I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but then I used it and was like, okay wait, this is actually worth it. For what you get, I’m happy with it.

The part looked fine when I got it, but it just didn’t fit my setup right.. it said it was compatible, but I still had to mess with it a bit and it’s still not perfect

I ordered from Tesevo and, to be fair, the package did show up in good condition, so that part was fine. But the shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which made me start wondering what was going on. I did contact customer support and they replied eventually, but it wasn’t exactly quick or reassuring. Nothing was ruined in the end, but the whole experience kind of made me lose trust in ordering from them again. Delivery definitely needs to be more reliable.

The return ended up being way more of a hassle than it should’ve been, and the refund took ages to come through. Support did reply eventually, which was nice, I guess, but only after I kept chasing them. Not exactly the smoothest experience, and I wouldn’t be rushing to order from them again.

I got what I ordered from tesevo.com, so no issue there, but getting it set up was a lot more work than I was expecting. The instructions were bare, and I kept having to figure out little steps on my own, which got frustrating fast.

It ended up taking way longer than it should have, and I had to restart the process twice before it finally worked. It’s running fine now, but the install was a hassle and took more effort than I wanted to deal with.

They got back to me quickly, which I didn’t really expect, and it actually felt like they read what I wrote instead of sending some generic reply. The person I spoke with was friendly and handled it without turning it into a whole thing.

Overall, it was a good experience. I guess you never really know how support will be until something goes wrong, but this was easy enough that I’d probably use them again.
